I’m Praveen Sharma, Managing Director of Pride FlexiPack, which I founded in 2009. My journey in flexible packaging began well before that — working with materials like PP and LD and using flexographic printing. As I worked closely with clients, I realized their needs were evolving, and they were asking for better quality, more refined output. That’s what inspired me to start Pride FlexiPack, with a focus on rotogravure printing technology.
We started small — just one printing machine, one laminator, and a very basic setup. Today, I’m proud to say we’ve grown into a much larger operation with three printing machines, two lamination lines, and three pouching machines, serving some of the most trusted names in the detergent manufacturing space.
For me, our growth has always been tied to one simple belief: when our customers grow, we grow. That mindset has guided every decision we’ve made — always being honest, being helpful, and striving to be the most reliable partner our clients can count on.
Building Pride FlexiPack has been a journey rooted in trust, consistency, and continuous improvement. And I’m excited for what lies ahead as we continue to deliver quality packaging solutions that make a real difference.

As a civil engineer from BITS Pilani with extensive experience in startups, I understand the evolving needs of businesses.
